Mike (employee of the month) fixed it, did great, couldn't ask for a better job, XMAS even better since Mike plumed it.

Work went smoothly, finished in less than a day, very happy with results.

Did not know who to call for a plumber around this town and most of my friends have moved out of town or passed on to the other side. Consulted Angie List for feed back on plumber and went with Lanier Plumbing Inc. because of highest Positive feed back. First Repair done on 4/4/17 Repaired leaky shower in wall faucet by Mike. Response was same day as called, excellent service. Price for leaky shower valve, replace both stems $126. I asked Mike while he was here to look at and possibly get an estimate in replacing a hot water heater. Price quoted was same as if not lower than Lowes to install. Ricky came out and installed a 40 gallon vs a 30 gallon hot water heater and made everything proper to code. Price to install and haul away old heater $839.00. Excellent service from this company and will definitely recommend and use them again when the need arises.

Lanier Plumbing was very polite in his introduction. After hearing the details of my plumbing issue, he offered his earliest available day/time that would give immediate attention to the plumbing concern. He was prompt, very courteous to my husband, quickly diagnosed the problem and how he would resolve it and the potential cost. The work he did resolved the issue and the price was less than what he had projected, which made us very happy.

Mike arrived about 8:05a. Removed panelling under cabinets until he found the leak at T where sink drained into main pipe. Mike also had additional task of fighting some ants that made a nest around the pipe. He cut out old cast iron T's and some of the drain pipe to replace with PVC. Work took approx 5.5 hours. He did have to wait for some mortar material for clean out since old cast iron clean out much larger than PVC cleanout. He swept up after work completed. Liked the coupon offered for Angies List Members.

Came sooner than expected. Repaired the hot water heater very quickly. Charged only for the labor, as no parts were needed. Very prompt and courteous service!

I thought the work took entirely too long. He did not have the proper parts of a pvc pipe and a union. The work took 4 hours. He ran copper instead of plastic tubing and now a drawer will not close all the way, as it is stuck on one of the pieces of copper. I was extremely dissapointed and unhappy with the service.

They were very efficient and got the job done quickly. Have not had any problem since.

I called about an outside drain line that drains my driveway.  They came and reemed out the pipe one day and that wasn't successful.  So he came back the next morning with a high pressure hose to try to clear the line.  Unfortunately, he determined that it is broken in several places.  Now I am waiting for an estimate to replace the line.  This service wasn't successful, but every other time I have called Lanier,  they have been able to accomplish the given task.

Went great, guy was first class and went right at it. He even took off the sewer lid and showed me the huge chunks of build up that had passed through. Great service, I have their magnetic card on the fridge and they are now my official plumbers and my only Lake Charles plumbing reference for anyone else that may asks.

They can promptly even though it was a holiday and night time.
An estimate was given and that was the price paid.

Good response from estimate to completion.  Drain line for washing machine discharge collapsed.  Lanier [James] had to dig a tench for new line.  I should have had the vent put in the wall instead of outside.

 I had a water leak on the outside of my home. Lanier was called to provide services, they were not able to come out the day they were called but arrived the day after. The service provided was acceptable, it included digging to find the leak as well as fixing and covering the hole back up.

The freezer was blocking entrance to the water heater and it was not a problem for the plumber to climb over. He also had to return the next day to install because we had purchased the wrong size.

Arrived on  time, performed work in short order and even cleaned up after them selves. Bathroom was as clean after as before.
