The provider had control of my laptop for approx. 3 hrs. Somehow disabled my keyboard and touch-pad. Took more than six additional hours to evaluate and try to find a solution. Ended up resetting to a restore point prior to their work. Would not recommend. I wasted 200 dollrs.
