I wish I would have learned more about her process and got more references before I hired her. I also wish she would have redone the whole tub, not just the sections that were messed up.

The ladies showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. They worked non stop until they refinishing was complete. Before they left I noticed 2 'runs' in the paint and they said they would come back after 1 week to fix the runs (they needed a week to cure) and any other problems I might have. They scheduled a time a week later and again were right on time and fixed the problems no questions asked. I would highly recommend them.

This service went really well. The lady showed up on time and got to work as soon as possible. She was finished in the 2 hours that was agreed upon. She took the time to tape over all metal when applying the second coat. She even tried to reduce the smell by turning the AC off while the fumes were heavy.
