"Carpets were cleaned in three bedrooms and living room area.  The technician was very prompt and polite.  I asked in advance how long the job would take and how long the carpets would take to dry.  The job was completed in less time than they projected (which always worries me a little).  They told me it would take 3-4 hours to dry.  However, the carpet was still too wet to walk on 12 hours later and there were still some damp spots 24 hours later.  Our carpet is a little thick, but nothing out of the ordinary.  They were not able to remove any stains, but I wasn't really expecting that much for the price.  My purpose was to get the carpets freshened up a little.

They took extra care with my antiques I needed moving and were gentle putting things back. I had several spots that I did not think they would be able to get out but when they were finished my carpets looked and smelled brand new!
