"The owner, Matthew, is a humble and hard working active Soldier. He came to my house and gave me an estimate the same day I requested the services. I would recommend his services to my own family."
"This is a locally owned business. The owner promptly responded to my call and came to my home the same afternoon to remove a sofa from my living room. The rate was very reasonable. The owner was very kind and personable. I would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone else. Thank you for the great service!"
"Tree removal pros. They have the equipment to do very large trees and the poeple to do it. Cleanup was lacking. More emphasis was placed on getting rental equipment back than final cleanup. I had to hire someone else to get leftover mess cleaned up and to fill in ruts left from rolling large logs to pile. Never got call back on how satisfied I was with job. Will hire again if needed, but will emphasis better cleanup afterwards."

"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. I did not expect that...worthy of me coming online to write a review."

While a biohazard cleanup sounds like a scary process, knowing what to expect can help ease your concerns and set you up for success. It’s good to note that more than one professional might be needed depending on your situation, but that will be determined during the assessment. What you can expect during a home biohazard cleanup is the following:
Assessment: The first step in this process is for a biohazard cleanup professional to assess the damage. They create a report that includes the biohazard safety level, the needed damage cleanup, and the time it should take to complete the project.
Setup: The cleanup professional prepares the site to prevent cross-contamination and reduce toxicity risk. This process can include tarping and creating decontamination zones.
Removal of surface contamination: Any contaminated materials are removed from the area, starting with large materials followed by small ones. The professional can assess any floor-related damage once everything is removed from the site.
Salvaging items: The biohazard cleanup professionals assess which items can be saved and which are contaminated beyond the point of saving. Those deemed unsafe will be disposed of immediately.
Waste disposal: The next step is carefully disposing of the hazardous waste. Your professional will place the contaminated items in specific containers to keep the contamination from spreading.
Disinfection: The house will be disinfected and odor-neutralized. Even more minor details, like light switches and bulbs, will be disinfected so that they do not recontaminate the area in the future.
Restoration: Once the decontamination is complete, the last step is to restore the home. This includes repairing the damage to flooring, walls, or even the home's foundation.
The cost of filling a cesspool can vary widely based on location, size, accessibility, and local regulations. It may range from $3,000 to $10,000 on average.
Obtaining quotes from local contractors is advisable, considering specific site conditions and potential permits or waste disposal costs. Consulting with professionals will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your circumstances.
To cut up a couch for disposal, remove the cushions and fabric first. Then, grab a utility knife to slice the upholstery and expose the frame. Afterward, cut through wood or metal with a handsaw or reciprocating saw. Next, break the couch down into manageable pieces for easier transport and to meet local trash guidelines.
You can’t simply throw your ductwork out with your usual trash because waste management won’t accept especially large or bulky garbage without a prior appointment. Instead, you’ll need to haul it to the dump yourself or hire a service to do it for you. Alternatively, certain types of ducts can be recycled, so contact your local recycling facility to find out if they’ll accept your old ductwork.
The four-box method for cleaning out an estate is a technique that can make large-scale projects more manageable. This method uses four boxes to separate items into four categories: items to dispose of, items to give away, items to keep, and items to relocate. You can sort items before a professional estate cleaner comes in to save time and money.
