In our discussion I felt very comfortable with him. This made the recession to choose Tommy’s an easy one. His rating did not hurt either. David was my installer he was on time worked hard to install my windows. After installing the windows he cleaned up any mess that he made. It was almost like with the exception of having a new window I would have never know he had been there. Overall my experience with Tommy’s Windows was very positive. I asked him to replace the door closer to the reinforcement plate, add weather stripping, do some touch-ups to the door frame cosmetically, and ensure the door latch securely. The project took about two and a half hours that afternoon. The project took a turn when he failed to check that the door latched securely. upon completion. I have a recording of the door being pulled open easily, taking minutes after he left, which had not happened before his repairs. He returned one and a half hours later and actually thought the door was locked simply by looking at it. I had to encourage him to pull it open to test it. He decided the electronic latch was the issue. It wasn't, and I had to hire a second repairman to fix his work on the door closer. At over 150 dollars an hour. I expected more care, better workmanship and attention to detail."
