They were very responsive, and had a service technician at my house within 1.5 hours of my call. He made the repairs in a timely manner, and the door has been working perfectly since then.

I called that morning to make an appointment and they called me back within an hour to say someone could come now. The service person came ASAP that day and repair was done in a timely fashion.

The technician was very punctual, did his work in a timely manner and was gone while being very polite and personable.

It was fantastic. They called me back promptly and came within 24 hours. I've done service with them twice.

THEY ARRIVED @ 10:00 AM, REMOVED 1 GARAGE DOOR REPLACED IT PICKED UP THE MESS and STARTED REMOVING THE 2nd GARAGE DOOR.
FINISHED HANGING THE NEXT DOOR ABOUT 3:00 PM AND BEGAN CLEANING and ADJUSTING THE DOORS. BY 4:00 PM THE TECH WAS PULLING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY, ALL COMPLETED.

I called the morning of 2/21/2013 and was told a service technician would be available later that day and could come between 1 and 3 p.m. Shortly after 1 p.m. the technician called to say he was approaching the neighborhood and was at the house minutes later. He started work promptly, worked efficiently, made the repairs and was finished within 45 minutes. The door's appearance was fully restored to what it looked like before it malfunctioned and opened and closed quietly. The repairman called in the parts and labor information and I was given an itemized bill, paid the gentleman, and he was on his way by 2:10 p.m. I did not obtain estimates from other companies so I cannot speak expertly on labor rates or part costs, but perceived that I received service and value worthy of the price I was charged.

I called the company, left my phone number, they called back immediately. They had a very nice gentleman out quickly who did a good neat job, made sure we understood how the door worked and he left with instructions for us to call if we had any questions.

My garage door opener had broken and the last repair was done by Dial one and they had recommended replacing it and the doors due to their age was over 20+ years. I called and requested a new opener and two garage doors to be installed. They were very helpful in trying to match the color of the doors and actually had a special package on the opener. They installation was done two days later. They showed up when they had scheduled and left my house just as it was when they arrived. I have used them in the past and they have always responded very quickly to my call even showing up on a Sunday afternoon .

They came out about an hour after I called them. They were very prompt. House of Doors installed the original door about five years ago. It has been a great door and I have had no previous problems with it. They adjusted the door and it seemed to work much better than before. It had been very noisey. After the adjustments, it was very quiet. A week later, the same cable came loose again. I called and they came out very quickly. The technician spent an hour and a half working on the door and making adjustments. I have not had any other problems with the door. They did not charge me for the second visit. I am very pleased with their prompt service and the way they stand behind their work.

They've always been great for us! We've used them numerous times. I have a contract with them. Their cost is reasonable.
