I needed garage doors for our new garage & was hesitant to go with a company out-of-town & one that I knew nothing about, but I had to take a chance & hoped for the best. I’ve been mind-blown by awesome Precison Doors has been! Calling Precision Doors was the best decision! Customer service was AMAZING! The communication before, during & after the job has been exceptional. Every Technician was polite, reliable, & very professional, & showed up when they said they would. Ordering & delivery was easy & I was notified of each step along the way. Alexis at Precison Doors has gone above & beyond for us & her customer service has been amazing also. I highly recommend Precison Doors! We will definitely be long-term customers.

Devin did an EXCELLENT JOB! He arrived on time, assessed the situation, offered 3 solutions, explained them in detail enough for us to make an informed decision and once we decided he executed the repair in a timely and professional manner. Great job by technician. Very prompt. I was only getting the springs adjusted but Tech. Kyle T. recommended that I replace the moving parts of the garage door mechanism; I.e., rollers, bearings etc. due to age & wear. Can’t say enough about the knowledge and professionalism of Kyle and the repairs he made. Recommend tech and Precision Doors to all. ?

Beyond my expectations! My technician’s name was Jacob and he was so sweet and patient, extremely knowledgeable and was very fast with the installation. The two men that came out were very knowledgeable and go my door fixed in much less time then I thought it would take. Even corrected some issues from the original install 30+years ago. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Service call and repairs went exceptionally well. I was completely impressed with the service received! My overhead garage door's springs, bearings and rollers were replaced. Our service technician, Jonah Morales, was absolutely superb. Very professional, knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and customer service focused. I had an appointment with the initial company that installed the door several years ago, my car was in the garage, which made it difficult to get anything done. The original company could come in 7 days, which was not acceptable. I called Precision Doors and they came the next day. The installer was efficient and very Professional. He completed the work in just over an hour. He replaced two main springs and several other parts. I highly recommend them, they will be the only company I will use from now on. Pat

This was by far the best experience with a company that I've ever had regarding my home. I sent a request for service at 0515( not business hours) and Max was out here by 1015. He was polite, informative and very knowledgeable. The job was completed in a timely manner and was left nice and neat. It went very well. The technicians were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. We are pleased with the work that was done. We will certainly use them again if needed. We chose the limited lifetime warranty.
