"I know a lot of people hate them, but they've always been, pretty much with anything that has gone wrong, they've been really responsive. We used another one previous to them, I can't remember their name, I wish I could because I really would want give them an "F". American Home Shield has been good. The last time we had something done, it was just over what our deductible was, which, I want to say, is like $100. They pretty much covered everything else, which was a few hundred dollars."

"I found them on Angie's list. We had a few minor problems and they quickly fixed them. The workers did not cover the furniture and i had to clean that up.
