He took all the measurments , went to the local hardware store and got all the raw material that he needed . Once he came back , he went straight to work, Pulled the old sheet rock down . Removed the window AC unit . Choped out the old broken window sill . Pull all the old wet insulation out of the wall . Then he braced up the entire wall with more support . Added the new insulation . Rebuilt and replaced the old window sill . Replaced the sheet rock . Mudded and tape it up . Sanded the wall . And then repainted the entire are to make it blend it with the rest of the room . You can not tell that there ever was problem , it looks so good . Then to finish it off , he reinstalled the window AC unit . He made sure that it was tight , and that it had the correct angle to lean back to prevent the water from leaking into the wall again . Best work for the money that I have seen in a long while . Must say , Mr. Lopes has a old school attitude about doing thing right the first time . I like that .
