"The job was so-so. They were very polite but I do feel the language barrier didn’t help. The flooring was not installed correctly. The tiles should have been staggered but they were laid side by side. The repair in the bathroom wall was horrible. I had a recessed paper holder and wanted it removed and the wall patched. At first the patch of wood (the wall is old time paneling that I like the look of) was put in against the grain… really?? I asked them to change it and the results were worse. I have since found a paper holder that covers the botched up mess. I can’t honestly recommend them for jobs on older homes."

"I would highly recommend JCT solutions. We had a room replastered and a new attic access installed. JCT were great at communicating from the beginning and throughout the project. Office manager Lloyd was spot on in helping me with a problem I had with one of my windows that was installed in 2020, Lloyd was the sale person who came out and was very instrumental in my decision to purchase 9 windows for my home, needless to say his assistances in helping me rectify my problem with one of the window was immeasurable.
