Trust is so important when hiring a contractor. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but Zee Construction, Inc. delivered what they promised, expeditiously. My a/c when out end of the week, contacted Zee and had cold air by the following Monday! They replaced the outside condenser unit and attic evaporator coil unit. I had lots of questions which were thoroughly answered and given a choice of equipment to fit my budget and quality requirements. Zee is a smaller, relatively new company, so I had my reservations, but those fears disappeared as the project progressed. I dealt with the owner throughout and he did the installation along with his crew, very meticulous with his work and strived for perfection. He came by the day after installation to check refrigerant levels and the rest of the system for proper operation. He and his crew worked late so I would have a cool home in the sweltering heat. If you desire a very fair price and quality expeditious work, this is the one!

If you want and need the best, careful with quality, you cannot and will-not find anybody better. However, I am a disable veteran, 100% P&T, so please do not keep him too busy where-as I will have to waite should I need him. Exceptional superiority, merit of care combined with greatness to the craft, this business has earned my "trust" in multiple home repairs, i.e.: air condition & plumbing.. Thus far, Zee Construction Inc. has fixed my kitchen sink from leaking/ piping (including re-routing) & removed and replaced center drain; which main issue was worn out plumbers puddy. On my air condition he completely solved the issue of dripping water associated with HVAC drain pan. A 90 degree PCV opening was placed at top of line do algae tablets can flow / dissolve downward freely I am now protected with peace of mind. Highly & so strongly recommended with pride.
