"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"Great service, called when he had a cancellation, so I would not have to wait. Steamed the carpets and used a special spray to work on spots. Mike even helped me move furniture. Quick, efficient. Looks fantastic. He got up so many spots with that steam cleaner and special pre-clean spray. Mike was easy to work with and straight forward. I would highly recommend him and would use his services again. Thank you."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Air purifiers can remove pet dander and other contaminants from the indoor air in your home. An air purifier draws air into the unit and filters it to remove pollutants and allergens before releasing it into the room. These appliances are especially beneficial for anyone suffering from allergies and asthma.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), no single water filter or treatment system can remove 100% of contaminants. To find the best filter for your needs, first determine which impurities are most important for you to remove. For example, reverse osmosis (RO) filters are highly effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including sediment, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, dissolved salts, and chemicals. However, the RO process can also filter out beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium. If eliminating bacteria is your main priority, a UV filter could be a suitable choice. Additionally, distilled water is considered the most pure form of filtered water available.

Avoiding regular HVAC maintenance can lead to significant problems and higher costs over time. Without proper care, your system has to work harder, resulting in increased wear and tear, reduced performance, and more frequent breakdowns. This inefficiency leads to higher energy bills as the system consumes more energy to heat or cool your home.

Key components like condensate lines, evaporator coils, and motors require regular cleaning and lubrication to function correctly. Neglecting these tasks can lead to critical problems and costly repairs. Over time, unattended issues can cause permanent damage, potentially requiring you to replace the entire unit much sooner than expected. Additionally, skipping maintenance can negatively impact your indoor air quality.

Focus on cleaning the air after you’ve finished cleaning surfaces. Use air purifiers, moving them as necessary from room to room. The air filters should be cleaned or replaced, depending on the type of filters you have. Clean the air ducts by yourself or by hiring a pro. Finally, open doors and windows to ensure the space is properly ventilated.

Air purifiers are meant to kill airborne mold, along with pollen and dirt. Air purifiers are a good option if you have allergies and need a whole-home solution, whereas dehumidifiers are best for naturally damp areas (like a bathroom). Consider getting an indoor air quality test to determine if an air purifier is right for you.
