"Mr.ben was professional and transparent about his quality of work. I called him to clean stains out of a mattress. He told me that most of the stains would come up but not all. To me it still looks better than before maybe if i do another session i should be close to having a brand new mattress again. My only con is that the mattress has small tears i assume from the cleaning process of rubbing the mattress material. My mattress is cashmere so maybe i should have got a steam clean rather than vacuum method. Still and all I am satisfied with my results and feel as if i have a newer mattress."
