"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "This company installed my original HVAC system when I first bought my home in the mid 90's. They have serviced my equipment every year since then, and repaired issues in the most cost effective manner. They installed new motors and fans in my existing heating and ac units...they kept my heating unit going for 27 years! . When it was finally time to replace the whole system ,they walked me through the benefits of a heat pump, and basically held my hand while I tried to figure out what the best option was. They came on time to do the installation, clean up and hauled away the old units, made sure I understood how everything worked, and delivered a great product with a great warranty. These guys have taken care of me for years. Highly recommend this local family business."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Kevin was sent to my house to rewire a thermostat 5/17/24. Everything seemed great and I paid my $100 warranty call out fee. I needed to get the unit cleaned before he would rewire my thermostat. We set an appointment for 6/17/24. Today is 7/7/24 and Kevin has missed 6 appointments to date. I have already paid a call out fee for no thermostat to be rewired and he has stopped answering calls. Before today, his tech Josh was always "on the way" or I "would be the first appointment the next morning" but he will not give me any contact information for this tech. I have paid his company to do the work and have sat at home all day for 6 different days waiting on someone to show or at least call and cancel and no work has been completed."
