DAVID'S HEATING & AIR COND INC

For the past few months, we were experiencing problems with our A/C.  We telephoned Lennox and let them know we needed help.  We engaged numerous other A/C repair men and companies and each told us the coil needed replacing and was leaking greatly.  We received several estimates of labor alone for $500 or more since the coil was still under Lennox factory warranty.
We knew the price was high and wanted to give a local A/.C company a chance to give a better price and perhaps a different diagnosis, so we telephoned David's Heating and Air.  From the first moments of dealing with the company, we were greeted by a kind and respectful voice trying to help us.  It turned out later we found this was the matriarch of the family of David's.  After scheduling a service call, we had to cancel due to a death in the family, and yet this kind lady was very understanding and helped to reschedule us when the family emergency was over.
Brandon arrived promptly at the time of the appointment and listened carefully and went to work.  Within only a few minutes he found the problem, a loose nut on the freon line leading to the coil, and it had leaked quite a few units of freon.  He tightened the nut, filled it with freon, and charged a very economical and fair price.  We later found out that Brandon was David's son and the lady who answered our call was his mother.  What a sweet and kind, and very professional family.
Not only will we recommend this family business but we will have them come when we need a hearing and air repair or a new system!
