FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
