"Dan and his team did the most comprehensive inspection that I have ever experienced, and I could not be happier. Having purchased several homes over the years, I can think of at least three instances when supposedly excellent and experienced inspectors missed issues that later resulted in five-digit mitigations or repairs. So I am wary when hiring an inspector. However, I am confident that, if Dan’s team couldn’t find the issue, then it just can’t be found. Furthermore, Dan is incredibly personable, patient, and kind. He is generous with his time and willing to take the time to answer questions and discuss his findings. This level of care and attention is increasingly rare.
