"***Disclaimer*** I am rating five stars so far based upon the service I have received so far. I am not scheduled to have my screened patio installed until next month. I received 4 different quotes for this job and decided to go with Southern. They were not the least nor most expensive bid I received but I did like the thoroughness of my estimator, George. I also felt a little more comfortable going with a company who does not sub out the work. I will update my rating once the job is complete but so far, I am satisfied."
