Our experience with this company was a nightmare. I have never seen a contractor who won't work when it's cloudy (not actually raining). It took 3 weeks for him to let us know how much siding we needed to order. Since it took 3 ½ weeks for the siding to come in, what should have been a 4 week job took more than 2 months. Then when the siding came in, we couldn’t get them to come to work. First, it was the weather (again cloudy, not raining). Then I came home at 2:00 on a beautiful, sunny day and no work had been done. They said they were renting a scaffold. They were there 10 minutes later, set up the scaffold and went home. Same the next day. Showed up 10 minutes after I called and complained. Then worked for the next 3 days. Very sloppy work. They cut our cable twice and we had to have Cox come out to repair it both times. When we took the cable guy into the attic, we discovered that they had knocked holes in the attic wall and rather than repair them, just sided over them. We could see daylight through them. They threw away our shutters. When I asked where the shutters were, he said he thought I didn’t want to keep them. They cut the telephone lines. A light fixture that had been taken down was not only not put back up, the place where it had been was sided over. Outlets were covered up and had to be found. They broke our fence and our neighbor’s deck and did not fix them until we told them they would not be paid until they did. Then they had the nerve to demand the final payment before the work had been completed and accused us of making excuses not to pay them. Lots and lots of excuses. We definitely do not recommend this company.
