Everything went so well I decided to use Tommy's to install 29 Impact windows on my personal home. "Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Within a few days our 28 page report was emailed to us and Dan called and explained the report in detail. I was so impressed that my father used them as well to inspect and mold test his house and property. Once again Tina was great! She answered all of my dad’s questions and took her time with a thorough inspection and doing the testing. Dan was awesome with reviewing the report once again. My husband and I are looking to buy a house now and the first thing we thought was having Dan come out to inspect and test. Our inspection is scheduled this week and we are looking forward to it! I know our house is in good hands!"

"Hired to replace a sliding door with a french door. The funny thing is I had forgotten to tell the boss Domingo (not sure of spelling) that I really wanted the door to swing open on the opposite side than where the sliding door opened. He happened to order the door the way I wanted it anyway! They showed up before sun up to take another look and make sure they had everything set. Started to work at sun up and got door out no problem. They were careful not to step on my plants in front of the door way which I very much appreciated. Trust me this made it much harder to get the giant door in. Project turned into an ordeal for them because our house is raised and had settled so the door way wasn?t square. They did a lot of extra work that originally thought but didn?t complain. The guys on the job were very nice and respectful. When I didn?t want the trim they had they ran to town to get the one I wanted without a word. After all that the total came out the same as the estimate."

"Upon deciding to paint our work building, we checked Angie's List.  Found a couple of companies and got quotes.  Decided to go with 225 Painting after doing so. This was not just based on price, but how the owner responded by contacting us and reaching out with info on his company and things to look for when hiring a company.  The owner stopped by several times to get with us on what we needed done. Explained everything they were going to do so that we understood and there would be no misunderstandings.  Even had a representative from Sherwin Williams come out and consult with us on paint choice colors.  The owner wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice colors before they got started.  They did lots of caulking and fixing of some minor blemishes that other paint companies probably would not have.  John the owner stopped by several times to check on his crew during the course of the job and to make sure we were happy and didn't have any questions.  Once they got started it went very quickly and they were done in no time.  Our building for some reason had an unusual amount of  soffit vents (41), which they took them all down.  Anytime we had a question or were concerned about something all we had to do was ask a worker and they would explain or help us understand. All workers were very friendly and helpful.  They were very efficient about taping things that should not get paint on them.  Before they finished they had a worker go over the entire building with us to see if there was anything they missed or that we were unhappy with.  The few things we did, they quickly took care of.  
We would certainly  recommend 225 Painting to anyone that asked.  Feel like they went beyond just painting our building.  Did a great job and really want their customer to be happy with the end result.  Great prep work, great paint job, good customer interaction. Glad we checked Angie's List for a painter.  GREAT JOB Mr. John and crew!"

"Upon accepting the assignment, Eric showed us choices for our shingles and even gave us locations in the area where that particular type and color shingle had been used. His team showed up exactly as promised, did what they were supposed to do AND MORE, cleaned up beautifully and left in a timely manner. Even though there was MUCH MORE repair work on the roof underlayment than expected, the quoted price remained the same. In an industry where "war stories" abound about unscrupulous operators, It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Mr. Newsome and Sunrise Roofing."
