Having purchased several homes over the years, I can think of at least three instances when supposedly excellent and experienced inspectors missed issues that later resulted in five-digit mitigations or repairs. So I am wary when hiring an inspector. However, I am confident that, if Dan’s team couldn’t find the issue, then it just can’t be found. Furthermore, Dan is incredibly personable, patient, and kind. "I am so disappointed with this company . They called and set up an appointment two weeks out on a Sunday at 3 pm to put a vanity together for me. He picked the time saying he had to go to church so 3 pm was when he could come. He called me at 11:15 am that day wanted to come right then . When I told him no one would be home he cancelled the job . So frustrating after waiting two weeks . Please pick someone else for your jobs ."
