"Based on other reviews, the work they do must be great. The gentleman that came to our house was also very friendly and courteous. My issue came down to the pricing, which ranged from $900 for the ?band aid? option to $2400 for the platinum option. Without anything to go off of in how fair the pricing is, I decided to not be pressured by the $99 fee they charged for the plumber to come out that would be included in the repairs if I decided to go with them. Instead I wanted to get multiple quotes to see the range of pricing options. These guys weren?t even on the high end, they were in another galaxy with prices. I got the entire problem area replaced by another large/professional company in the area for $500. Highly recommend shopping around and maybe going to these guys last so you don?t throw away $99 like I did."

I was getting a low pressure notification from the sprinkler as well. He thoroughly examined both items and assured me the pressure was fine. They were able to schedule a same day appointment for me which was really nice. Very impressed."
