"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.

"They were able to come to give an estimate an hour after I called, and showed up on time.. Underneath the house was difficult to access, but they went under. They agreed to come to another location to get the check when I couldn't meet them at the property, and sent a receipt via email with a written 2 year warranty on the work. They did not want to honor the 5% discount from Angie's list, since they were already paying Angie's List for the referral, but I didn't argue because I did not present them with the coupon when they did the estimate, as was indicated. In general, I was pleased with the work and happy to get the warranty. I later discovered that the father of two of the workmen had been my mother's plumber many years ago! They have a long history in the city, which is reassuring."
