Fist of all the Tech was friendly...But I can tell he was all about trying to upcharge. Wanted to sell me a blower capacitor that was on the high side of the Amps. for almost $200. Sorry but a fan capacitor sells for 15-35 bucks and takes less than a min to install. I ended up opting for the 4lbs of 410A freon which cost me $835. Sorry but 410A freon cost around $11.00/lb. plus labor and call out cost. It should have cost me no more than $250 at the most. This company is a complete rip-off. They cannot and will not tell you the cost over the phone. Its as if they leave it to the technician to tell you what he fills you need. I honestly think they make commission on any b******* they sell you. You have been warned!

Darren with One Hour did a great job servicing our heater. He thoroughly cleaned the unit - actually scrubbed caked on dirt! He made recommendations for future maintenance and other work that could be done but wasn't pushy.

Great! I called them on 4th of July weekend when all the other repair services were not answering because of the holiday and they got someone over within an hour and their fee was a very pleasant surprise. The technician Chris was outstanding! He was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to explain things very well. He kept me informed and updated as he inspected our system and identified our problem. He was respectful of our house and also very professional in his demeanour and appearance. I will ask for him specifically next time I have an issue. Now I see why they’re the most popular repair service in our neighbourhood.

Darielle went above and beyond to take care of my AC. I can already feel the difference of the inside temperature. My unit is 11 years old. Had to get a Compressor Saver and some freon. Works like a clock now.

Poorly. Buyer beware. I'm not an AC tech, but an engineer and have done enough troubleshooting of large AC systems to know my way around them. I had already checked my freon level with my own gauges, so I knew there was a leak somewhere in the system. I suspected that the leak was in the evaporator. That turned out to be the case. My system is 15 years old with R22. This is the first leak that I've ever had. The technician arrived in the promised window of time on a Saturday evening. When he saw my system, his first question was whether I had been saving my money for a complete replacement - inappropriate question! He hooked up his digital gauges, found that they were not working. I offered my analog gauges to him but he told me that he was not trained to use them. Incompetent! He went back to the shop and got another set. He did confirm the leak in the evaporator coil. But the way the detector was screaming, it appeared that it would not hold freon for more than a few minutes. It actually held all night. I had several issues with this company: 1. Their tech was not competent. 2. He was there to sell me a complete new system from the time he set foot on my property. 3. Their markup on R22 is ridiculous. They are not alone- I asked one of Angies List's top rated companies and they charge about the same. 4. After several hours at my home, I was told that the next step was for a more experience technician to be scheduled between 6 and 9 pm the following day to give a 2nd opinion. I guess this was to make all of the BS from the 1st tech look legitimate. Also, the 1st tech was not able to provide an estimate of the total cost. He was well coached on letting me know that at $200 +/- per pound, once they evacuated the system and refilled my 9 pound total inventory, the cost for a new 410a system would not look so bad. I paid him more than $600 for the 3 pounds of r22 plus the leak detection and for entertaining me for a few hours. I moved on to a different company that installed a new evaporator coil at a much more reasonable price.

Everything went smoothly. They worked within the parameters they stated, got me a loaner window unit and inspected the final work. So, I have a new AC system that is working great! Several personnel were here, and I gave them all the highest rating!
