"Provider was very responsive when purchase was made, he called that day to schedule work.  However, he then called the day of the appointment to cancel and told me to call him back to reschedule, which I did twice.  When he did come out, he was punctual. He was going to just slide the siding pieces around and tuck them back under the underhangs but I explained that I felt like he had to nail or tack them because I had already done that and the wind blew them out of place.  He then stated "I'll have to make sure I have nails in the truck"?????
