"The salesman came to my home and showed me his product and I expressed my concerens and he listen. He explain what could be done and quoted a price. Two weeks later the installers arrived with the windows. They took out the old windows and put in the new and hooked up the alarm system. Next day the finish up crew came and did the needed stucco and said they would return the next day to finish the job. They arrived as scheduled and finished the job. All the way thru this project if I had a question the workers were willing to give me an ans. I also had a number for the salesman and project manager.
