Hiring Kennon was a great decision and I highly recommend him. I was in a jam and needed someone to come out quickly to my house and perform a structural engineering report. Kennon came out the next day. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, and most important, understood the time urgency. I had the report the next day. I had previously hired another engineer who took two weeks to do the same type of report and it was nowhere near as coherent as Kennon's. I would highly recommend Kennon for structural engineering needs.

Worker were on time. They were very cautious of items remaining in the room like a china cabinet. They made sure everting was covered from dust and they picked up and was finished earlylier than expected. Over all they did a Great job!

He gave me a really thorough inspection and even came back twice to make sure he had covered everything. I had significant cracks. These cracks weakened the structural integrity of a metal roof. In the report, he recognized and confirmed the cracks which is very difficult to do. I am very pleased with the job he did and I would highly recommend him. I would definitely hire him again.

I was referred to this engineer after the city recommended my property be demolished. Mr. Crockett visited my property within a few hours of my call and determined the property was structurally sound. He provided me with a letter on the same day, and also gave me additional advice on the next steps to advocate for my property with the city. He was pleasant, professional and speedy.

Perfect. Mr. Crockett was very professional and efficient. My build is almost complete. House is up. Electrical and Plumbing are being done now. Siding is going up tomorrow. Next week the Tin Roof floors and dry wall are being done. Hoping Mr. Crockett will come visit this amazing project he created.

Awesome customer service, after hiring someone else who failed to get the job done in 2 weeks. Kennon did all 3 drafts I needed in 24 hours. He also helped me find a general contractor I needed. Even after being paid he still answers my calls if I have questions or need changes. I couldn't ask for more.

Do you want him to **** that to anyone and everyone BEHIND YOUR BACK BUT NEVER TO YOUR FACE??? Then Kennon Crockett is your guy!!! Kennon was referred to me by someone else. I am a real estate developer so know what I'm looking for. We had a nice in-person meeting with Kennon and our builder on a subdivision project that we're working on. When his quote for the project came in 3X higher than expected, I called him to make sure he was clear on project parameters (thinking maybe there was a misunderstanding and he thought we needed building design when we already have blueprints). Anyway, a day later, he sent this text to our builder (for clarity, Kennon is African-American as is our builder, while I am White and Jewish). Kennon was upset that our builder had dared to share it with me and claimed that nothing in it was RACIST or ANTI-SEMITIC. I will let you judge for yourself! If you believe him, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn for sale! "Don't you ever have no white man calling me again trying to Jew me down. I thought I was giving you a break trying to help another. Why would I work for cheap and take responsibility for their building when they have all the money. You must be out of your rabid mine. I believe you would sell your own children if it meant you making an extra $2,000." We will obviously not be using him! If you do, odds are that he doesn't like something about you and won't have a problem expressing that to anyone other than you! BUYER BEWARE!!
