"Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and gave me good advice. With my basin, he did have to put a new faucet and the best lines and valves for each one. I also needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen. He also put new lines and valves in. I needed him to check out the dishwasher since no water gets inside it. It turned out it is the water pump. He did advise me to get a new one since getting it fixed would end up costing more. I have him due to have another project next month."

"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

Jim and Brandy arrived at the agreed date and time for the installations, which took about 3 hours.  Jim supplied some of the pipe fixtures and connections and the drain strainer I bought didn't fit so Jim supplied one. The fixtures look great and it is a welcome change to not hear a dripping kitchen faucet.  Jim said to give him a call if anything was not operating to expectation.  We are very happy with how it all turned out.

The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. We found him very helpful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional throughout the proposal and installation process. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. This was was accomplished with the least amount of disruption to our schedule The appointment to install the system was kept promptly and the installation crew conducted themselves professionally and answered any ongoing questions that we had during the installation.
