They were scheduled to do another video inspection at my elderly neighbors' house afterward and were super nice and patient with them, answering all their questions kindly which I also appreciated. We both may need further work (myself, another video inspection after sand-pumping and my neighbors, a repair and old-pipes replacement), and they gave suggestions we thought were fair and reasonable. I found a four inch piece of this copper tubing with my lawn mower. There were also attic fiber glass all over my garage, and I wasn't real pleased with that."
