"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

They were scheduled to do another video inspection at my elderly neighbors' house afterward and were super nice and patient with them, answering all their questions kindly which I also appreciated. We both may need further work (myself, another video inspection after sand-pumping and my neighbors, a repair and old-pipes replacement), and they gave suggestions we thought were fair and reasonable. I was loyal to another plumbing company for the last 9 years (but they don't do video inspections), and while I have no issues with that company at all, I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. the next time I need plumbing work! I found a four inch piece of this copper tubing with my lawn mower. There were also attic fiber glass all over my garage, and I wasn't real pleased with that."
