They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. We both may need further work (myself, another video inspection after sand-pumping and my neighbors, a repair and old-pipes replacement), and they gave suggestions we thought were fair and reasonable. I found a four inch piece of this copper tubing with my lawn mower. There were also attic fiber glass all over my garage, and I wasn't real pleased with that."
