"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

We both may need further work (myself, another video inspection after sand-pumping and my neighbors, a repair and old-pipes replacement), and they gave suggestions we thought were fair and reasonable. I was loyal to another plumbing company for the last 9 years (but they don't do video inspections), and while I have no issues with that company at all, I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. the next time I need plumbing work! I found a four inch piece of this copper tubing with my lawn mower. There were also attic fiber glass all over my garage, and I wasn't real pleased with that."
