"They were prompt and excellent customer service. I called on a Sunday. A guy was out and quickly figured out the problem. They got the motor first thing Monday morning and got it installed. I was notified every step of the way. No surprise charges and did a freon pressure check at my request. Would definitely use again. Looking at a yearly service contract to check the AC.
