"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

"Place is unorganized. Spoke to Leslie, scheduler about an heater issue. She shared with me the process, technician goes out, informs her of the issue & prices to fix, she informs the client. No of this happened with me, all I got was a $200 bill for brushes off debris to ensure connection. Said there was before and after photos .. none. After speaking with Mervin he stated it would have been better to replace instead of clean. So why not offer than instead of “brushing” debris and then wanting to charge me for replacement? Now Leslie is texting me saying Mervin still hasn’t be able to contact me. So disorganized and classic used car salesman tactic."

He came out and gave me a way more than reasonable estimate for free, then was able to have my new AC put in within an hour or 2 (before my kids even got home from school. Now my family is enjoying the 73 degree temperature as compared to the 93 degrees my house had heated up to. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks again so much Mr.Chauvin!"

"Called this company at 6:30 am in the morning when I woke up realized my ac was not working. No one answered but someone called me back about ten minutes later. Asked what my issue was and told someone will be over with if the hour. They showed up quick. Had my ac running within a few minutes showed me the problem and cleaned the ac while they was fixing it. Price was very affordable I am so pleased with the two guys they sent out to fix it. Would recommend. "
