"Elva was probably the most polite, understanding handyman I've ever dealt with. Im a single mom of 2 in college so when my AC went out, I had no idea how I would be able to have it fixed. He came out and gave me a way more than reasonable estimate for free, then was able to have my new AC put in within an hour or 2 (before my kids even got home from school. Now my family is enjoying the 73 degree temperature as compared to the 93 degrees my house had heated up to. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks again so much Mr.Chauvin!"

Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"
