Showed roofer evidence of new leak in previously repaired roof (roof had been repaired several years before by unknown roofer). Roofer climbed on roof, found loose shingle due to rusty roof nail and wind, nailed down with new roofing nails, no more leak. Roofer did not charge for repair.
