They came out and were able to diagnose the problem I was having on my leaky roof. Also fixed a connection that was made from my asphalt shingle roof to a metal awning that constantly gave me problems. Gave me a quote that was reasonable the next day. Only complaint was they never called to schedule an appointment and do not answer the phone very often. They came by randomly one day while I was not home and completed the work. I have not had a leak yet and been through two storms.

Every one involved from owner, secretary, to the workers were respectful, professional, thorough, and approachable. They examined thoroughly before giving me an estimate. They worked quickly and were careful to leave the area clean. They came back to check and promptly repaired a small area that had an issue. I am very pleased with them and their work.

They came back fixed the issue, all before requiring payment. Despite the having to come back to take care of the issue, the price was the same as the original quote. Good service and ethical.

It took eight weeks for them to do the job. It was a two day job, after continuously calling, they went and started the job, then took four more weeks to finish the job.
