Excellent. The owner answered my phone call around 9:30am. He came to the house at 11:30am and repaired both doors by 12:30pm. He had the replacement parts & tools with him. Very pleasant to talk with and very experienced in his work. Very happy with the service.

The garage door opener just stopped working. I went to Angie's list to look up good service providers in the area and found Ace Door Service. I called the number given and explained the problem to Dan Sargee, the owner, who agreed to come out the next morning. He came out when he said he would, brought a replacement circuit board and installed it in 30 minutes. Problem solved. Thanks, Dan!

We were just leaving for a weekend trip when our garage door opener failed. Unfortunately, we would not be back in town to contact a repair man until Monday. After some research, we found Ace Door Service within 7 miles of our house, with excellent reviews. I contacted Dan Sargee, the owner and we agreed on a price. The next day, Tuesday, Dan came, by himself, ready to get to work. He brought an even better model Liftmaster garage door opener than we had discussed at no increase in price. All of the work was done efficiently, methodically, and professionally. I had been cautious about using a chain drive unit, but the result was nothing but a smoothly and quietly operating garage door opener. Included were 2 remotes + an indoor button. The outside keypad was extra, but very reasonably priced. Dan also adjusted the spring, noting that the door was a little heavy. When all was said and done, I was left with a quiet and efficient garage door opener, certain that it would provide reliable, long-lasting service, being made of metal, rather than plastic parts.

Mr. Sargee replaced was very nice and personable, he arrived on time, had all the parts and did the work in a timely manner. He even corrected an error (a backward part) on the door opener from when it was installed last summer and it runs so much smoother now. I will have him back in a few months to do the same thing for the other side.

I called Ace Door this morning to schedule service on our garage door.  We had put off getting the door repaired, thinking it would be expensive.  Turns out it wasn't AND he came out same day during my lunch hour!  He had the part in his truck and did a great job fixing the mechanism on the door on a very hot day.

Second time to use Ace. Door was broken and would not operate properly. Had to have a section of the door replaced and rollers adjusted. Dan was on time and a pleasure to do business with. Will call on him again if and when needed.

I was unable to close my garage door due to the frame being bent by a falling object. I contacted Ace Door service at 8am and the owner arrived within 3 hours, as he stated he would. Within 20 minutes he fixed the bent frame and placed my door back on the tracks. He was courteous, prompt, and thorough. After being anxious about having my garage open over the previous night, I can sleep soundly again. I can't say enough about how quickly he responded and the reasonableness of his services. I would definitely recommend him to any friends needing similar services.

Our car was and quot;stuckand quot; in our garage, needed help ASAP. Made a call to two different garage door companies listed on Angie's List requesting a service call and were told earliest would be the next day in afternoon. Not what we needed to hear since we needed our car. Contacted Mr. Sargee he said he could be out to our home in an hour. Guess what? He was.
Quickly did the job, replaced springs, cleaned-up, accepted my check and was done. If we have any other issues with garage doors he will be called again and we will tell our friends and neighbors about the excellent, on time and professional service we received.

The service went quickly and the door was fixed in no time. The door works again!!

Dan showed up as promised. He repaired both of my garage doors. He did what had to be done, and wasn't trying to sell anything not needed. He had everything need on his truck. Both doors work great now. He showed me how the openers worm gear needed cleaning and how to do it. Thanks so much, Dan. I cleaned and oiled it, and the opener ran so quite. You just get used to the noise, and don't realize a problem is developing.

Dan showed up on time and performed the task in a timely fashion. I asked him about replacing the rollers and he said he could do that, but he felt that lubricating them at this time was sufficient. He was professional and did a nice job. The job came with a 3 year parts and labor warranty. I would not hesistate to recommend Ace Door Service to my friends, family or neighbors. I found there were a couple of cheaper providers on Angies list, but Ace had high ratings and Dan was able to come out next day to fix the issue where others wanted more time.

We used him before on our old house last year when the torsion spring broke. So in our current house when the hinge brackets broke, we did not hesitate to call him again. I described the problem over the phone and discussed price. He came and started the repair before I arrived. So if you aren't sure you want the repair, make sure he knows to call before starting. For both repairs, he came out the same day we called and had all the parts with him to make the repair.

Overhead spring broke on my garage door. Both were replaced at a reasonable cost within two days.

Went perfectly! Very professional and quick. Also adjusted the door opener. I never knew that door could operate so smooth and quietly!
