Mr. Glen Sharpe is the owner of the company. We highly recommend them. They were excellent. They came out and gave us a quote very quickly. They were here on time like they were supposed to be; they showed up every day. It took them three days to do all the work and then they were out of here. They worked from 7:30am in the morning till about 4:30pm in the evening. They are very good people. We like the fact that they were very clean cut individuals and there were nobody that came into our house that we would have been afraid to have here because we are at home by ourselves with a 3 year old during the day. We don't like anybody being in our house but they were very personable. They knew what they were doing. They left our house only once during the three days to get something to eat but it wasn't any business of showing up for two hours and leave for an hour business. The entire time they interacted with us they would come in if they had questions and were very professional. They were professionally dressed as well; they were not sloppy or nasty looking people. We were very impressed because they were not pushy individuals at all. Actually after they came out and put the system in we noticed that we weren't getting as much air flow as we had hoped so we called them back. Mr. Sharpe who owns the company came and inspected the situation and we ended up having to add up another airdrop in our master bedroom. They were out here the very next day and did it in about 30 minutes. They have been great and have called us since then to check if we have had any problems. We have not had any issues. They offer a maintenance program for air conditioning units that people can sign up for; they would be coming out twice a year and service the units for $70 for their visit. Our existing air conditioning units were really old and we had to call an air conditioning company 2-3 times during the summer to come out and service it to keep it going until we could afford to replace the unit. Every time we called them we heard back from them the same day and they usually came the same day or the next day to do our service. Their pricing was in line with everyone else.

Central AC unit fan not turning. Came out the next day and repaired. Did the six month maintenance inspecton while he was herel.

Great, couldn't get any better.
