"The job was so-so. They were very polite but I do feel the language barrier didn’t help. The flooring was not installed correctly. The tiles should have been staggered but they were laid side by side. The repair in the bathroom wall was horrible. I had a recessed paper holder and wanted it removed and the wall patched. At first the patch of wood (the wall is old time paneling that I like the look of) was put in against the grain… really?? I asked them to change it and the results were worse. I have since found a paper holder that covers the botched up mess. I can’t honestly recommend them for jobs on older homes."

Mark is professional and they are reasonably priced. The plastering team were efficient, worked well together and cleaned up after the project was completed. "Overall adequate work on the floor itself. Some of the small things could have been better. The transition thresholds between wood floor and tile did not look professional. Clean up hurried and glue remained in some areas. The installer finished timely and did not waste materials. He cleaned up trash and was pleasant to work with."
