The charges included the franchise owner providing a replacement heat-vent light and the labor to complete the job. We also confirmed this is with-in the standard charge for the services provided for any customer. We are aware our prices may be slightly higher than other companies. When comparing our services against other companies, please consider that all of the Electrical Franchise Owners with Home360, holds a License with the State of Louisiana. You will never have a helper working under someone's license showing up to service your home. Additionally, for the protection of your home, each HVAC Franchise Owner holds a $2 million dollar General Liability policy and individual Workman’s Comp coverage. We have discussed the price with the homeowner. We completely understand the desire to confirm that you are receiving a fair price for any work that is being done at your home. We understand that taking care of your home can be expensive. The electrician, in his professional opinion determined the ballast needed to be replaced. The homeowner agreed to the charge to replace the ballast. The electrician went to Home Depot to purchase ballast and the homeowners called him and ask that he tried changing the light bulbs first. He purchased light bulbs and returned to the home and put them in. We have had our field inspector go over the charges and the price he charged is in line with the industry standards for a similar repair. We hoped that the discussion regarding the price gave the home owner a better understanding of our price, warranties and guarantees.
