I always use Home 360 for all my home and appliance repair needs. Most recently I called for a painter to paint all the trim on my home. Mike Edwards did an excellent job! My estimate for the work was reasonable and he was meticulous about every step of the process. His attention to detail was beyond my expectations. The job was perfect! I will definitely ask for Mike the next time I need a painting contractor.

Badly. Do not call them! The so-called plumber they sent out was a joke. He quoted $800 to fix the handle. After I pick my jaw up off the floor he said he could tighten it and that might last a while. It did not last for one single turn. I happened to have someone over the next day and they said go to Home Depot and buy a handle and I’ll fix it for you. That person replaced it and it cost me a total of $10 instead of $800. It was not a permanent fix but it definitely got the job done short term! Which is what I asked him for after he quoted the $800. He did nothing to the drain… He put one of those things down that you can buy at Walmart for five dollars it was like a stick with little spikes on the end… Exactly like the one I have under my sink! I expected them to run a long hose/snake down the drain to clear it. Seeing how someone else fixed the handle for free and he did not do anything for the drain I was quite disappointed. I put some Drano down the drain and that improved the situation but not what I was looking for. A few months later… The situation kept annoying me and annoying me so I finally decided to contact them because I had used the service before for other things and been pleased. I thought maybe this was an exception but the person who called me back only added insult to injury. After talking to her I decided I would never use home 360 again.

Our laundry sink is a deep tub with little space left for the faucet in the rear. I expected that the plumber would need to remove the tub in order to replace the faucet. However, he did all his work from the underside and needed to cut the copper tubing to the old faucet to accomplish. He didn’t ask nor did I specify that I wanted to reuse the old faucet. But he defeated that purpose when he cut the tubing to close to faucet body. Subsequently, when we checked the installation, we pointed out that he hadn’t tightened down enough allowing the faucet to be moved around on the tub. Additionally, the pull-down hose couldn’t be pulled down at all. He fixed these items before he left. But afterwards, I discovered that the hose could only be pulled down part of it overall length. Admittedly, this was a tough job especially in the manner that he chose to accomplish. But I felt it could have gone better.

Price gouging at its finest. Go somewhere else. Charged twentyfold (20x) on a $17 items from walmart. Actually charged $349. Same with second part they charged $550.....can buy online for $24. Tech said that high price was what item cost and assumed they were being fair. And i trusted them. Am writing to BBB and Gov Office of Consumer Protection. Please dont use these peeps unless u just want to throw money away

We also confirmed this is with-in the standard charge for the services provided for any customer. We are aware our prices may be slightly higher than other companies. When comparing our services against other companies, please consider that all of the HVAC Franchise Owners with Home360, holds a Mechanical License with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors. You will never have a helper working under someone's license showing up to service your home. Additionally, for the protection of your home, each HVAC Franchise Owner holds a $2 million dollar General Liability policy and individual Workman’s Comp coverage. This is a parallel review that I just submitted under Louis Mechanical of a similar title for the same work. Tim, the LM technician, inspected out heater and conclued that we needed a new heater. LM's estimate was about $1500+. I felt this was high and called Home360 who responsed within a couple of hours. Shane Hebert came to give us an estimate to replace our heater but decided to double check LM's conclusion. Within a few minutes, Shane got the heater working by tightening the thermocouple wire. We were happy to pay $89 to H360. I subsequently cancelled my order with LM and told them what had happened. We still owe LM for Tim's visit but they are currently reviewing the situation. We have used LM before and that's the reason we called them first. But our first call from now on will be to H360, even if the heater goes out again tomorrow.

Fantastic! Brandon Perriocone (Plumber) assessed our situation, gave us options, then came to to the installation. Everything went like clockwork. His attention to detail was remarkable & he took great pride in his quality of work. He made sure we were 100% pleased before leaving, showing me what he had done & explaining the details. He was very safety conscious and meticulous as he worked, leaving no "mess". He coordinated roof flashing repair at the same time, which was appreciated. After removing the old heater tank, he made an appointment for the City Inspector to come out to confirm the installation was up to code. Home 360 Baton Rouge is my "go to" agency!

Couldn't have gone any better. First visit for ice maker was on time and part quickly ordered. While Mr. Tim Albert was on site he checked out my oven and explained the problem and the fix. On second visit after parts were received he fixed both and probably saved me a lot of time and money. I considered him a friend while the problems were fixed.

The reason is was so expensive, was when my house was built, they didn't install those things to code, so in order to fix the mess they had to do all the base work, in order to install the water heater the way it was suppose to be installed. That alone was half the cost and they had to have a roofer come out and install a vent in my room which should of been done initially, so that made the cost go way up. But if I just had the water heater installed it would of been as cheap as everybody else, so I would say they were reasonable. I use all the time, I use them for other things too, been using them for the last five years.

When Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s daughter called in at 9:00pm on a Friday night to discuss the charges, a manager contacted her within minutes of her request to discuss her concerns and questions. As explained in a follow up call to Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s daughter, we did review the $295.00 charged for services. The charges included clearing the AC line; and, a repair to the drain line. We also confirmed this is with in the standard charge for the services provided for any customer. In reviewing the price, we found the 5% Senior Citizen Discount should have been deducted from the balance owed. In the interest of customer service we wanted to make up for the mistake, so we increased the discount from $14.75 to $25.00. Having serviced your fathers home since 1989, we definitely wanted to make right the oversight on our part in regard to the Senior Citizen Discount owed. We are aware our prices may be slightly higher than other companies. When comparing our services against other companies, please consider that all of the HVAC Franchise Owners with Home360, holds a Mechanical License with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors. You will never have a helper working under someone's license showing up to service your home. The advantage of using them is that they get someone fast- they usually come out the next day. The problems are that there's no way to check out who's coming- you don't know what the quality of their work is, and the prices are usually much higher. Home 360 also takes no responsibility for the work of the contractors they send out - that is a critical problem. I've spoken to a lot of other contractor who recommend contacting companies directly instead of using the service. I would not use this company again in the future
