Badly. Do not call them! The so-called plumber they sent out was a joke. He quoted $800 to fix the handle. After I pick my jaw up off the floor he said he could tighten it and that might last a while. It did not last for one single turn. I happened to have someone over the next day and they said go to Home Depot and buy a handle and I’ll fix it for you. That person replaced it and it cost me a total of $10 instead of $800. It was not a permanent fix but it definitely got the job done short term! Which is what I asked him for after he quoted the $800. He did nothing to the drain… He put one of those things down that you can buy at Walmart for five dollars it was like a stick with little spikes on the end… Exactly like the one I have under my sink! I expected them to run a long hose/snake down the drain to clear it. Seeing how someone else fixed the handle for free and he did not do anything for the drain I was quite disappointed. I put some Drano down the drain and that improved the situation but not what I was looking for. A few months later… The situation kept annoying me and annoying me so I finally decided to contact them because I had used the service before for other things and been pleased. I thought maybe this was an exception but the person who called me back only added insult to injury. After talking to her I decided I would never use home 360 again.

The technician called, told me from his experience he knows what kind of fixture I needed and quoted me $780. He told me the fixture i needed would be $400. How do you give a quote without coming out to look at the job? I declined and ended up getting it installed by a licensed electrician for $200. This included parts and labor.

Our laundry sink is a deep tub with little space left for the faucet in the rear. I expected that the plumber would need to remove the tub in order to replace the faucet. However, he did all his work from the underside and needed to cut the copper tubing to the old faucet to accomplish. He didn’t ask nor did I specify that I wanted to reuse the old faucet. But he defeated that purpose when he cut the tubing to close to faucet body. Subsequently, when we checked the installation, we pointed out that he hadn’t tightened down enough allowing the faucet to be moved around on the tub. Additionally, the pull-down hose couldn’t be pulled down at all. He fixed these items before he left. But afterwards, I discovered that the hose could only be pulled down part of it overall length. Admittedly, this was a tough job especially in the manner that he chose to accomplish. But I felt it could have gone better.

Price gouging at its finest. Go somewhere else. Charged twentyfold (20x) on a $17 items from walmart. Actually charged $349. Same with second part they charged $550.....can buy online for $24. Tech said that high price was what item cost and assumed they were being fair. And i trusted them. Am writing to BBB and Gov Office of Consumer Protection. Please dont use these peeps unless u just want to throw money away

This is a parallel review that I just submitted under Louis Mechanical of a similar title for the same work. Tim, the LM technician, inspected out heater and conclued that we needed a new heater. LM's estimate was about $1500+. I felt this was high and called Home360 who responsed within a couple of hours. Shane Hebert came to give us an estimate to replace our heater but decided to double check LM's conclusion. Within a few minutes, Shane got the heater working by tightening the thermocouple wire. We were happy to pay $89 to H360. I subsequently cancelled my order with LM and told them what had happened. We still owe LM for Tim's visit but they are currently reviewing the situation. We have used LM before and that's the reason we called them first. But our first call from now on will be to H360, even if the heater goes out again tomorrow.

Fantastic! Brandon Perriocone (Plumber) assessed our situation, gave us options, then came to to the installation. Everything went like clockwork. His attention to detail was remarkable & he took great pride in his quality of work. He made sure we were 100% pleased before leaving, showing me what he had done & explaining the details. He was very safety conscious and meticulous as he worked, leaving no "mess". He coordinated roof flashing repair at the same time, which was appreciated. After removing the old heater tank, he made an appointment for the City Inspector to come out to confirm the installation was up to code. Home 360 Baton Rouge is my "go to" agency!

Not well. He complained in detail about how hard the repair would be and how it would be really expensive. When I said with a smile " it really sounds like you dont want to do this" he said he was leaving. Very unprofessional.

Couldn't have gone any better. First visit for ice maker was on time and part quickly ordered. While Mr. Tim Albert was on site he checked out my oven and explained the problem and the fix. On second visit after parts were received he fixed both and probably saved me a lot of time and money. I considered him a friend while the problems were fixed.

The reason is was so expensive, was when my house was built, they didn't install those things to code, so in order to fix the mess they had to do all the base work, in order to install the water heater the way it was suppose to be installed. That alone was half the cost and they had to have a roofer come out and install a vent in my room which should of been done initially, so that made the cost go way up. But if I just had the water heater installed it would of been as cheap as everybody else, so I would say they were reasonable. I use all the time, I use them for other things too, been using them for the last five years.

The advantage of using them is that they get someone fast- they usually come out the next day. The problems are that there's no way to check out who's coming- you don't know what the quality of their work is, and the prices are usually much higher. Home 360 also takes no responsibility for the work of the contractors they send out - that is a critical problem. I've spoken to a lot of other contractor who recommend contacting companies directly instead of using the service. I would not use this company again in the future

Home 360 sent an electrician and he found that the wrong light bulbs were installed. I informed him I had replaced the same bulbs that were in there. He offered to replace the ballast for $187 or do nothing and pay the $75 diagnostic fee. I spoke with him and asked if he would buy the bulbs and try that first. He agreed and I never heard back from him. I got home and found a $155 invoice for replacing two light bulbs. The next day I called Home 360 and they had the electrician call me. I spoke with him and feels totally justified in charging $155 to replace two light bulbs. He informed me it was $130 for labor and $25 for the material. And that"I have to pay for his time". Home Depot is a 5 minute drive from my house to get the light bulbs so I am not sure how he justifies $130 in labor. While he did show up on time, that is the only thing I can say went well. I would not recommend using Home 360 if this is how they handle overcharging people. I had high hopes for them considering they are highly rated and I need additional work done at my house but will not be doing business with them again.

We have discussed the price with the homeowner. We completely understand the desire to confirm that you are receiving a fair price for any work that is being done at your home. We understand that taking care of your home can be expensive. The electrician, in his professional opinion determined the ballast needed to be replaced. The homeowner agreed to the charge to replace the ballast. The electrician went to Home Depot to purchase ballast and the homeowners called him and ask that he tried changing the light bulbs first. He purchased light bulbs and returned to the home and put them in. We have had our field inspector go over the charges and the price he charged is in line with the industry standards for a similar repair. We hoped that the discussion regarding the price gave the home owner a better understanding of our price, warranties and guarantees. It is never our intent to leave a customer dissatisfied in any way with our service. We look forward to servicing the homeowner in the future.

The work went quickly and the sewer line was cleared. The technician showed me evidence of tree root infiltration and gave advice about options on how I could deal with it. They did not have a camera to find the specific location of the issue, though. However, they told me where I could rent one and find the problem area in my line myself.

I think I paid an hourly rate like $125 per hour. He came out pretty promptly and fixed the leak. The water was leaking, coming from the house underground. We had already dug it out and found out where it was, as opposed to having them come, hunt for it from the house to the street. We had already found the leak, but my husband was hesitant to repair it, saying "if I don't do it exactly right, we'll still have to call them anyway". So, I said, "just call them," So he came out, and within 15 to 20 minutes he was done because we already did all the harder work.

It went really smoothly. He came out when I had a leak. He did the check, diagnosed the problem, ordered the tank and came back as soon as the tank came in. The tank was in the ceiling behind the tiles, and he even fixed the tiles after he was done.
