Having purchased several homes over the years, I can think of at least three instances when supposedly excellent and experienced inspectors missed issues that later resulted in five-digit mitigations or repairs. So I am wary when hiring an inspector. However, I am confident that, if Dan’s team couldn’t find the issue, then it just can’t be found. Furthermore, Dan is incredibly personable, patient, and kind. He was very accommodating in scheduling the inspection and explained things in a way I could understand. He took his time throughout the house and examined everything and especially the areas of the home we mentioned that were concerning to us.
