The guy from Home Inspections of Louisiana was really good. When I call him, he does the job right away. He charges me at a very good price. He is very thorough and I get my money's worth out of it. He does a very good job.

Mr. Wood was exceptionally pleasant to work with and ensured my time lines were met. He scheduled access to the property with my Realtor and promptly submitted extremely detailed reports to me via e-mail. The photo reports had subject items circled and highlighted which made communicating findings to others a breeze. I called to discuss a couple of items within the report and he was very patient in answering my questions and explained technical issues with great clarity. Mr. Wood discovered a few minor deficiencies at the property and with his detailed reports I was able to get the seller to address them saving me more money than his inspection fee cost. I did rate the price as and quot;Band quot; (Good) rather than and quot;Aand quot; (Excellent) only because his fee was not lower than others I quoted in the area. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely use him again in the future should I have another inspection requirement in this service area.

The whole process of working with Morgan was very pleasant. He was very professional on the phone when I made the appointment, and was very understanding when I had to call back to reschedule to accommodate the plumbing and termite inspectors schedules. He showed up at the property on-time. In fact, by the time I got there, he was already on the roof. He took digital photos of everything he inspected. He noticed items that we missed in our initial showings, and even pointed out small things that most inspectors probably wouldn't mention. After his inspection, he walked us around and pointed out the more significant things he found. In pointing these out, he gave us enough information to determine how significant or expensive a repair may be. I feel like he didn't try to overstate problems nor did he minimize them, he just gave the facts. Despite the house needing repairs, we felt confident that we had enough information about the true condition of the house to proceed with the sale. He was very understanding of the fact that we were under a timeline in which we had to notify the seller of potential repairs, so he sent us the final report within a day. The final report was several pages long, and extremely thorough with accompanying digital photos of what he found. In addition to being totally professional, he was also very friendly and his demeanor really puts you at ease during what could be a very stressful process. He was even helpful enough to quickly send me a copy of the invoice so I could get reimbursed after I lost the original.

Fantastic. Morgan corresponded with me via email for several days answering all of my questions and explaining different things. When we finally met he was early for the appointment so he could familiarize himself with the property and very friendly and professional. He was very thorough with his inspection and took tons of photos. He emailed the finished written report as well as a photo report late that night. I'm saving his photo report for future reference because it showed me the proper pressure for my well, which pipes I need to keep an eye on and gave instructions for various components throughout the house. After he was finished I felt confident the house was a good investment.
