Having purchased several homes over the years, I can think of at least three instances when supposedly excellent and experienced inspectors missed issues that later resulted in five-digit mitigations or repairs. He was very accommodating in scheduling the inspection and explained things in a way I could understand. He took his time throughout the house and examined everything and especially the areas of the home we mentioned that were concerning to us. One thing I noticed that I thought was very respectful and sweet was that he took his boots off to enter the home. That shows respect to the property owner as well as the home itself.
