Paul was very quick to respond to my initial request for a quote and followed up with me as well. He was very accommodating in scheduling the inspection and explained things in a way I could understand. He took his time throughout the house and examined everything and especially the areas of the home we mentioned that were concerning to us. One thing I noticed that I thought was very respectful and sweet was that he took his boots off to enter the home. That shows respect to the property owner as well as the home itself. We would recommend and hire again in a heartbeat. The report came back within 24 hours as promised and was very detailed including easy to understand pictures, summary, and even a video.

Paul did a terrific job. I'm helping my elderly mother relocate to a condo, and since I'm out of town, I needed someone to be my boots on the ground. Paul made room in his schedule for us, and supplied us with a clear, detailed, and highly informative inspection in less than 24 hours.
