Brad was excellent with all my concerns and questions. He is highly personable! Amazing attention to detail and very thorough. If I had a question he had the answer. If he saw something he didn’t recognize he did research on it for the both of us. Extremely pleased with his service. I will book him again at the 11 month mark for my new construction home.

Brad is a very knowledgeable home inspector who exudes humility and integrity. His thorough inspection of the home not only allowed us to know some items that may need to be replaced or fixed, but he also took the time and showed us additional recommendations for items in the house in order for us to keep our home up and running for years to come. I’d recommend Rock Solid Inspections and will be using them for future inspections!
