"I am a former customer of All-State Windows and Siding who was recently acquired by Ultimate Window and Siding LLC. I would like to take this time to share my experience with Ultimate Window and Siding in the handling the warranty work that they inherited as a result of the new business adventure. Office manager Lloyd was spot on in helping me with a problem I had with one of my windows that was installed in 2020, Lloyd was the sale person who came out and was very instrumental in my decision to purchase 9 windows for my home, needless to say his assistances in helping me rectify my problem with one of the window was immeasurable. With that said technicians Gary and Noah arrived on site and replaced the window, both guys were very professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish. "JLM Remodeling contacted us very quickly after the Big Deal was purchased and came out to the house fairly soon after the initial contact. We went over some possible services that I might want him to provide regarding our home. However, the owner of JLM felt that the value of the Big Deal would only cover gutter cleaning. It was a while before JLM got back to us to actually clean the gutters and we were not informed in advance when it was going to take place. However, when we returned home one day after work, we saw that the gutters were very clean and JLM did leave a message on our answering machine, indicating that the work was done that day. I was under the impression that he was going to get back with us to talk about our other needs for the house; however, we have not heard back from him. Apparently, there was no further interest on his part.
