Dennis replaced it with an aluminum patio in less than a week. He did all the work by himself and cleaned up each day, leaving the area in pristine condition. Knowing how sentimental I was about the space, he surprised me with a wonderful gift--a plaque he made using all of my dad's original materials, including nails!
