"JLM Remodeling contacted us very quickly after the Big Deal was purchased and came out to the house fairly soon after the initial contact. We went over some possible services that I might want him to provide regarding our home. However, the owner of JLM felt that the value of the Big Deal would only cover gutter cleaning.  It was a while before JLM got back to us to actually clean the gutters and we were not informed in advance when it was going to take place. However, when we returned home one day after work, we saw that the gutters were very clean and JLM did leave a message on our answering machine, indicating that the work was done that day. I was under the impression that he was going to get back with us to talk about our other needs for the house; however, we have not heard back from him. Apparently, there was no further interest on his part.
