My name is Corey Roberts and I've been in the construction industry for 20+ years. I do all types of construction and renovations. We also provide outdoors projects as well. My company was large scale with over 20 employees but over the years we've scaled down to approximately 5 employee's. "Tim, the owner was friendly and he helped us initially pick out the colors. He told us there were roughly ten jobs ahead of us on the listing, and we were ok with that. His crew was nice and helped make the experience good overall. The only side note being that there was some confusion on fascia color which we had picked out. Even so, the issue was corrected and the painting and stain on the posts looks great.

"David DeVall is phenomenal. I am an exceptionally picky person and yet he exceeded my every expectation. Our entire city flooded 2 years ago. We stripped our house all the way to the ceilings. While quartz is highly stain-resistant, it is not completely stain-proof. Spills, including water, should be wiped up as soon as possible to prevent staining. Minor stains are usually not permanent and can be removed using a quartz-safe cleaner, a simple mixture of dish soap and water, or a baking soda paste applied with a soft microfiber cloth. You can cut granite countertops after installing them, but you need to consider the mess it will make. Dust will be everywhere, and lots of protective gear will be required. Use a non-scratch scrub pad for stains and avoid any harsh cleaners. Engineered stone can even be eco-friendly, with some manufacturers using waste byproducts or organic resins.

For most homeowners, quartz and quartzite countertops are similar in price. The average quartz countertop installation costs $80 to $220 per square foot, while quartz countertops cost $70 to $200 per square foot. Of course, there are outliers, like if you choose a highly customized, rare natural stone with high-end finishes.

Marble countertops don’t necessarily crack easily. However, they are more susceptible to damage than some other types of countertops. For example, they can develop etching from acidic liquids, such as lemon or tomato juice. Marble can also chip at the edges if you drop a heavy pan. A faux marble countertop isn’t as delicate as the real deal (depending on the material you’re painting over), but it can still get scratched if you’re not careful. Use hot pads and cutting boards to protect the countertop.
