My company was large scale with over 20 employees but over the years we've scaled down to approximately 5 employee's. "Brock came to my house and inspected the areas for painting and repair & I could tell immediately that he had a lot of knowledge and experience with drywall repair and painting. He gave me the estimate within 20 min. of his visit. He was professional and easy to work with, asking questions about the work. Due to a death in his immediate family the following week, the work had to be postponed for a week. Brock stayed in touch with me during this time. He came with his crew of 3 painters, and even though 2 of the guys did not speak much English, it was easy to communicate with 1 of them. They knew what they were doing and began work immediately upon arriving, covering my furniture and walls thoroughly to avoid damage. The work took 2 days, but would have taken 1 day, due to my indecision on paint color. Brock met me at the paint store to look at paint and worked with me to make a decision (I was impressed with his knowledge about paint colors and tints). Brock came by numerous times to check on the crew and with me to make sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up thoroughly. I will call Intouch for any future home improvements I may need & highly recommend them. Brock is all about customer satisfaction, and that is very hard to find these days. "

You most likely purchased a quartz countertop because it won't stain or etch like marble. Remember, while quartz is more resistant than natural stone, just like Superman when faced with Kryptonite, it is not indestructible.
While no countertop material is truly “heatproof,” granite countertops are extremely resistant to high temperatures. Some types of granite can withstand temperatures up to 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit. However, we don’t recommend placing hot pots and pans directly on granite countertops. Even if it doesn’t scar the granite, it may damage the sealant.
Engineered stone is known for its durability, lasting 15 to 20 years or longer. Of course, this range assumes high-quality materials and regular maintenance. After a couple of decades, the stone will start showing its age. Watch for discoloration, fading, stains, and burns, but it’s unlikely that engineered stone will experience structural failure.
