My company was large scale with over 20 employees but over the years we've scaled down to approximately 5 employee's. "Brock came to my house and inspected the areas for painting and repair & I could tell immediately that he had a lot of knowledge and experience with drywall repair and painting. He gave me the estimate within 20 min. of his visit. He was professional and easy to work with, asking questions about the work. Due to a death in his immediate family the following week, the work had to be postponed for a week. Brock stayed in touch with me during this time. He came with his crew of 3 painters, and even though 2 of the guys did not speak much English, it was easy to communicate with 1 of them. They knew what they were doing and began work immediately upon arriving, covering my furniture and walls thoroughly to avoid damage. The work took 2 days, but would have taken 1 day, due to my indecision on paint color. Brock met me at the paint store to look at paint and worked with me to make a decision (I was impressed with his knowledge about paint colors and tints). Brock came by numerous times to check on the crew and with me to make sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up thoroughly. I will call Intouch for any future home improvements I may need & highly recommend them. Brock is all about customer satisfaction, and that is very hard to find these days.

"We are repairing our house after the August 2016 flood. We found Ryan Hord through Angie's List and were a bit nervous about hiring someone without any personal recommendations. Overall we had a very positive experience with Ryan. He was quick to come out to give us a quote on installing trim. After talking a short while we realized he could do a number of other jobs as well. While it did ultimately take longer than originally projected, we are very happy with the results. His work is neat and professional; he was concerned with the aesthetic appeal of the final result. We had a lot of back and forth getting the right paperwork etc to our mortgage company, Ryan was accommodating and helpful getting everything we needed.
